• USAV Registration Fee: $55.00 

  • Payment made online through USAV Sports Engine

What You Need To Know:​

• Try-Outs will be held in  Karnes City Elementary Gym, in Karnes City.

  • ​ All practices will take place at Karnes City Elementary Gym, Times & days TBD.

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled tryout time, to check-in & warm-up.

• Please come with proper shoes, shorts, knee pads & a sealable water bottle/drink.

• Parents: Come with all questions for our parent meeting.

• Parents: Be prepared to stay to sign the season contract, to get your daughter USAV registered & to get her registered for a scorer's class (required to make a tournament eligible roster).

Bring To Tryouts:

• $300.00 Down Payment - Cash or Check, required to guarantee your daughters place on a team.​

• Parent or Legal Guardian must accompany the athlete.

• Copy of Birth Certificate.

2025-2026 Season Fees:

• Regional Teams (10U-11U only): $1,200.00 - 5 tournaments

• ​Regional Teams (12U-13U): $1,400.00 - 6 tournaments

• Regional Teams (14U-15U): $1,500.00 - 7 tournaments (1 potentially out of state)

• Regional Teams (16U-18U): $1,600.00 - 8-10 tournaments (1 potentially out of state)

Includes: Gym, salaries & expenses for coaches, uniforms, practice & tournament balls, tournament entry fees & administrative fees.
